The statute is “liberally construed” by Ohio Courts in an effort to persuade lawsuits from consumers “who usually may not be in the position to pay for or justify the price of prosecuting an alleged CSPA violation, which, subsequently, works to discourage CSPA violations to start with by means of the specter of legal responsibility for damage
